QBT Online and QBT Portal

Permission to use QBT Online and the QBT Portal is conditional upon you, the client, agreeing to the terms set out below ("Terms"). Do not proceed until you have read and accepted all the Terms. Your use of the Site will mean that you accept these Terms.

1.  Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to individuals whose travel arrangements are booked using the site.

Helloworld Limited, and its associated entities (including QBT Pty Limited), collects your personal information to enable us to provide you with our travel products and services, including assisting in arrangements with suppliers (such as hotels).

We will also use your personal information to personalise the service we provide you, including your experience on our, and other, websites, and provide you with information about our, and our partners', products and services.

Your information may be shared between entities within helloworld and disclosed to suppliers, third party travel service providers, our contractors and others where authorised or required by law.  These entities may be located overseas.

By accepting the 'terms and conditions' you confirm you have read and understand our privacy notice for this service and you consent to QBT Pty Ltd sending you product information, including via electronic messages relating to our and our partners' products and services that may be of interest to you.

3.  Client's Obligations

You must:

• use the Site and travel documentation in accordance with these Terms and any other reasonable directions of QBT;
• ensure that ticketing requests are properly completed and submitted to QBT prior to the deadlines advised by QBT from time to time. You acknowledge that QBT will not process requests received after those deadlines;
• update individual user profiles without delay;
• take all steps necessary to ensure that logons and passwords are kept secure

4.  Term and Termination

Use of QBT Online products is granted during the period which your organisation utilises QBT as your travel manager.

Upon termination, you must not access the Site and must destroy any remaining copies of the Documentation or otherwise return or dispose of the Documentation in the manner directed by QBT.

5.  General

The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air is subject to the Conditions of Carriage and Regulations of the relevant carrier.

QBT will not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from anything outside its reasonable control, including without limitation delays or failures caused by third parties.

QBT may make changes to the Site without notice to you. QBT may give you notice (including by e-mail) of changes to these Terms.

The terms of use of QBT Online and the QBT Portal are expressly incorporated into these Terms and apply to your use of the Site.

6. Online Quoting Tool

• Please note that quotes are not confirmed reservations.
• Their availability, price and rate of exchange were established at the time and date of quote generation, and are not guaranteed.
• Quotations can be obtained online for any Airline flight, Hotel or Car hire content worldwide.
• Quotations do not include any QBT service fees.
• Quotations may not include any additional airline service fees charged (example: credit card surcharges), these will be outlined in detail at time of proceeding to hold or confirm a reservation.
• QBT recommends moving beyond the quotation to secure (Book or hold) your desired travel options to avoid missing out on available content.
